Kir Royale Recipe

1 cup crème de cassis, chilled
2 (750-milliliter) bottles brut champagne, chilled

Combine crème de cassis and champagne in a large pitcher; stir gently. Serve immediately.

Yield: 7 1/2 cups (serving size: 3/4 cup)
