"For the dining room table, I wanted to use a variety of textures with just touches of soft flowers, such as the red amaryllis. As the amaryllis opens, it will add more floral presence to the arrangement," says floral designer Randy McManus. The tiny star-shaped red flowers are appropriately called Christmas bush. Artichokes, pears, red currant berries, and dried mushrooms form the base of this textural arrangement.
