Foret rug by Barry Dixon by Megerian

Rather than match patterns, designer Barry Dixon pulls out a common element or characteristic and lets it work around the room. “It’s like a dinner party, where you bring together a mix of personalities all connected by some similar interest,” he says. Here the underlying theme is organic, with leaves in the rug and in the scenic panel in the background.
