Boerder chose a ¼-inch beading finish for the kitchen cabinetry to reflect English design. “The English pride themselves in
their finish-out,” says Boerder. “Their cabinetry is always very furniture-like, and the use of the bead is a very traditional
way to finish off an edge.”
