Quintessential Cotswolds
Inspired by the limestone cottages built throughout the Cotswold Hills in England, architect Larry Boerder designed the Showhouse
to look as though it had been amassed over time. To script a story of growth and accommodate a challenging pie-shaped site
lot, he started with a 1.5-story central cottage and added wings of varying roof heights that fan out toward the sides and
back.
