After more than 20 years of making pilgrimages to the lake, Ingram found this prime spot while selling a house he had recently completed.

“It was a beautiful old property,” he says of the setting for his new getaway. “You could see remnants of something that had once been there.” He set to work clearing a path, both literal and figurative, and began building once again.
