Southern Accents proudly announces its 16th Showhouse located at Regents Park at the heart of Peachtree Battle in Atlanta, Georgia. The development is one of the South's most innovative vertical living projects and boasts 14 townhomes and nine unique flats.
Unlike any Southern Accents Showhouse before, the Regents Park project will feature a luxury townhouse spanning three spacious floors. The urban yet classic townhome will appear in the May/June 2008 issue.
Partnering with Southern Accents on the project is Carter Development, Atlanta's oldest and largest privately held full-service commercial real estate company and notable Atlanta residential designer Yong Pak, of Pak Heydt & Associates. Rounding out the world-class project team is design icon Dan Carithers, who has overseen every interior design detail.

Complimentary shuttle service will be provided from Ahavath Achim Synagogue to the Showhouse. The last shuttle will depart from the synagogue at 4:00 p.m. each day.
There is no parking at the Showhouse.

Take exit 85 to the right for I-75 toward Marietta & Chattanooga
Take exit 252A for Northside Drive
