Thank you for visiting the 2008 Southern Accents Showhouse at Regents Park Estate Sale. We hope you enjoyed your tour of the Showhouse in Atlanta, GA or enjoyed the feature in our May/June 2008 issue. If you have not yet toured the Showhouse, we hope you will make plans to do so soon. Much of the furniture, accessories and artwork in the Showhouse is for sale. A portion of every sale will benefit the local charity, Hands On Atlanta. Hands On Atlanta is a non-profit organization that helps individuals, families and corporate and community groups find flexible volunteer opportunities at more than 400 service organizations and schools.

Purchase items may not be removed from the Showhouse until June 2008 specific pick up dates will be assigned.
Purchased items must be removed from the Showhouse at the purchasers expense. Southern Accents can not make deliveries.
Many items are greatly discounted from retail price.
A receipt and confirmation letter will be mailed after each sale.
Available inventory does not exceed items seen at the Showhouse no orders for additional items can be placed.
All items are sold as is and all sales are final.
