Homestead Preserve is an 11,500-acre conservation-based community where no more than 325 acres will ever be touched by development. It is located in the Warm Springs Valley of Virginia around the villages of Hot Springs and Warm Springs. Directly adjacent to The Homestead, the community features rolling pastures, quiet woods, and long mountain vistas bordering both the George Washington National Forest and The Nature Conservancy’s Warm Springs Mountain Preserve. Homestead Preserve will consist of no more than 450 homes on sites ranging in size from 1/2 to 13 acres.

“Virginia Highlands Classical Architecture” aptly describes the 8,300 square foot home, which boasts three stories and stately columns. With seven fireplaces, abundant terrace space, and a historic brick and stone exterior, the Showhouse will combine southern elegance with modern conveniences and style.
