"I love French blue because it cools without being cold," says designer Charlotte Moss of this dining room from her new book, Charlotte Moss: A Flair for Living. "My goal was to create an interior landscape with a saturated ground to envelop the room, like being wrapped in cashmere. These wall panels were hand-painted and aged, so we were able to create the feeling that they had been here for some time."
