Southern Accents Showhouses
The Southern Accents Showhouse program allows readers to see firsthand the classic and elegant design showcased in the pages of our magazine. We work with a local builder, architect, designer, and landscape architect to produce one home per year in a chosen host city. An estate sale, at which select items seen in the home are available for purchase, follows the closing of each showhouse.

American Society of Interior Designers (ASID)
In conjunction with ASID, each fall we sponsor a National Residential Interior Design Contest, in which the works of professional designers are judged by a panel of Southern Accents editors and ASID members. The grand prize winner receives a cash award and will have his or her project featured in the pages of Southern Accents.
